About the Role- Affirm initial liability and make informed decisions regarding entitlements and ongoing claims
- Manage claims with sound judgment, legislative knowledge, and empathy
- Coordinate early intervention and rehabilitation efforts to promote return-to-work planning
- Engage stakeholders for effective return-to-work initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
- Contribute to training and wellbeing programs to enhance staff performance and satisfaction
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of workers' compensation law, proven experience in claims management, excellent communication skills, and a people-first approach with integrity and empathy. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
