Insurance Claims Coordinator Role

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in helping individuals lead fulfilling lives in retirement.

The Insurance Claims Coordinator will be responsible for managing and processing various types of claims, including Total Permanent Disability (TPD), Income Protection (IP) insurance claims, Death (D), and Terminal Illness (TI) claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure exceptional service to claimants by addressing their inquiries and supporting them throughout the process.
  • Review and challenge insurer decisions, including declined claims, and prepare recommendations for approval.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with individuals and legal representatives through excellent communication skills.

This role requires proven experience in a similar environment, preferably within a Superannuation or Life claims assessment setting.
