A leading provider of insurance solutions seeks an experienced Claims Coordinator to join their team.
As a key member of the claims department, you will be responsible for managing multiple property insurance claims from initiation to completion. This will involve liaising with clients, internal stakeholders, and external service providers to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of claims.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as strong administrative and organisational abilities. Proven experience in the insurance industry, particularly in claims coordination, is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new claims from receipt to closure
- Coordinate with estimators and other service providers to obtain quotes and facilitate repairs
- Update client records and communicate claim progress
- Prepare and submit documentation related to claims
- Process purchase orders and approve invoices from specialist trades
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of claims
Requirements:
- Proven experience in claims coordination or a related field
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent administrative and organisational abilities
- High level of computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software systems
