As a key member of our team, you will oversee assessing and towing workflows from lodgement to repair. Your exceptional customer service skills will ensure operational efficiency while supporting internal stakeholders and customers.
Key responsibilities include coordinating assessments and towing, managing claim costs, and proactively supporting customers, intermediaries, and suppliers. You will deliver a seamless and empathetic experience by ensuring proper assessor allocation and accurate reserving.
