Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial data and providing vital support to the billing and administration teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manual data entry for runsheets as required.
  • Reviewing automatic confirmations for errors and releasing postponed jobs.
  • Reconciling external subcontractor invoices and creating purchase orders.
  • Providing daily administrative support.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of revenue by reviewing exception reports and initiating corrective actions.
  • Preparing and providing reports and information to managers and other divisions.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience within a finance environment.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems.
  • Proficiency in Google suite applications.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Effective communication skills.
