The role is to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced setting, ensuring the smooth operation of the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors warmly, manage sign-ins, and issue security passes.
- Answer calls and emails professionally, directing queries as needed.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and catering arrangements.
- Conduct visitor inductions and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Provide general administrative support to the site manager.
- Coordinate cleaning requests, maintenance contractors, and appliance servicing.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked office and kitchen environment.
- Assist with internal communications, events, and site-wide announcements.
Requirements:
- Significant previous experience in reception, office coordination, or administration.
- Strong customer service ethic and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using modern administration technology.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and organisational abilities.
