Job Title: Office Manager
This is a sought-after role that requires exceptional organisational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring the workplace is welcoming and well-presented, and providing high-level administrative support to the team.
About the Role:
The successful applicant will have experience in a similar role, ideally within a multi-site organisation. They will be required to welcome and direct visitors in a professional manner, manage reception calls and emails efficiently, maintain the front of house and office areas, and coordinate meeting room bookings and catering.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and direct visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage reception calls and emails promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain the front of house and office areas to project a polished corporate image.
- Replenish kitchen and office supplies.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and catering.
- Assist in planning and delivering office events.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and newspapers.
- Liaise with cleaning contractors to ensure a spotless workspace.
- Prepare new starter packages and security passes.
- Conduct monthly maintenance checks.
- Arrange maintenance quotes and follow up with contractors.
- Process facilities-related invoices for payment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 12+ months' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
