We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Project engineer to join our team supporting our long-term detailed and bulk earthworks, electrical services, infrastructure and construction scopes in Rockingham, WA.

As the Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing engineering and project delivery activities, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Deliver assigned project scope to the highest standard, ensuring compliance with project management plans, company procedures, budgets, and timeframes.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage resources across work areas and teams to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Balance multiple competing priorities and make sound commercial decisions that consider cost, time, quality, and profitability.
  • Assess project risks and opportunities, preparing reports and supporting the Project Manager with effective solutions.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering quality outcomes.
  • Provide leadership in problem solving, applying analytical thinking to develop practical solutions and drive project success.
  • Lead and support high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Ensure all site activities comply with HSEQ standards, demonstrating strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental performance.
