Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for implementing service strategy and driving growth locally at the respective local unit level.

The Service Manager will lead the service organization and be responsible for achieving performance targets and optimizing the utilization of service resources.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years' experience in the transformer industry.
  • Minimum 3-4 years prior experience working in the TR service business.
  • Minimum 5 years management experience managing teams and/or projects with bottom-line responsibility.
  • Previous site management experience.
  • Advanced computer skills including SAP knowledge or experience, Microsoft Office & MS Project etc.
