**Job Opportunity:** We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team and support the delivery of new build projects.

Job Description:

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading on-site project teams and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Championing our safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with EHSQ requirements;
  • Managing day-to-day on-site activities from site establishment to handover and defect rectifications;
  • Maintaining positive relationships with subcontractors and managing the delivery of quality work;
  • Developing and scheduling programmes in conjunction with the Project Manager;
  • Ensuring effective communication and coordination with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience delivering commercial new build projects or projects with structural works as a Site Manager with a principal contractor;
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills;
  • Ability to build high-performing teams and maintain strong relationships;
  • Knowledge of Procore and MS Project (handy but not essential).
