Lead and Inspire a High-Performing Team

We're looking for an exceptional leader to drive sales, develop team members, and ensure our customers have a unique experience in our stores. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of your store, managing and leading a team every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless store operations, delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Develop future leaders by training and coaching team members to excel in their roles
  • Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and visual merchandising throughout the store
  • Optimize stock management, minimizing losses while ensuring adequate inventory levels
  • Collaborate with the team on various tasks, including register duties, shelving, and merchandising special buys when needed
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions
  • Effectively manage resources, meeting goals without compromising quality or service
  • Conduct interviews for potential new team members, working closely with the Area Manager to select the right candidates for the role
