The System Test Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our software solutions. This exciting opportunity is part of an ambitious project to enhance our client management system and reporting capability.

  • As the lead, you will be responsible for developing and refining testing methodologies that align with industry standards and best practices.
  • You will write, execute, and review test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test data to guarantee the highest level of quality.
  • This role involves coordinating and executing comprehensive testing activities, including configuration testing, system integration testing, source to target data reconciliation, functional testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Key responsibilities also include identifying and raising defects, prioritizing them, tracking progress, and ensuring timely fixes.
  • Effective communication and collaboration are essential in this role, as you will need to provide regular progress updates and reports using Azure DevOps work tracking tools.

To excel in this position, you will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a System Tester, preferably with experience as a System Test Lead.
  • Relevant certifications such as ANZTB/ISTQB Tester would be highly regarded.
  • Experience in automation frameworks and tools, large-scale data migration testing, and automated testing within Azure DevOps would be advantageous.
