Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

This role involves developing and analyzing in-process data to identify quality issues and implement solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of quality control processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Develop and analyze in-process data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Quality Control: Implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.
  • Investigation and Resolution: Investigate product line failures and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to develop risk management and control plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Certifications: Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a quality assurance or related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, including data interpretation and reporting.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to evaluate options and implement solutions.
