We are seeking a diligent and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to guarantee the excellence and dependability of our cutting-edge procurement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manual and Automated Testing: Develop and execute both manual test cases and automated test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
  • API Testing: Create and conduct comprehensive tests for our backend services using tools like Postman or ReadyAPI, ensuring robust and secure APIs.
  • Test Management: Utilize platforms like TestRail or Zephyr to organize test cases, track execution, and report on quality metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate testing into the development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of QA processes and tools, advocating for best practices in testing and quality assurance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in both manual and automated testing within agile environments.
  • Proficiency with testing tools such as Postman, ReadyAPI, Selenium, Playwright, TestRail, or Zephyr.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and QA methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with the team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite, Microsoft GP, MYOB Advanced, or Xero.
  • Background in SaaS, system implementation, or workflow automation.
