Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Automation Quality Assurance Specialist to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality technology solutions.


This specialist will lead automation testing activities across complex systems, working closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure applications meet business requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites across frontend and backend components, aligned with Agile practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement effective testing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain test documentation including plans, cases, scenarios, and automated playbooks for both functional and non-functional testing.
  • Analyse results, identify defects, and support developers in timely resolution.
  • Enhance automation frameworks and integrate new tools to improve efficiency and coverage.
  • Manage issues and defects through identification, resolution, and closure.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Java, and JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Cucumber, Selenium, Appium, and Playwright.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
  • Experience with system, integration, regression, and UAT testing in complex environments.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Postman, JMeter, REST Assured, Swagger, and test management systems including JIRA and Azure Test Plans.
  • High-level analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to evaluate testing requirements in complex ICT environments.

Desirable Qualifications
  • 3–6 years' experience in software testing with a focus on integration and API testing.
  • Solid understanding of ICT systems, including infrastructure, networks, and databases.
