About the Role

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our Human Resources team as a Recruitment Assistant. In this exciting opportunity, you will work closely with the HR Manager to deliver exceptional recruitment and day-to-day HR administration services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, with experience in administrative roles and a passion for learning about human resources. You will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes, maintaining accurate staff records, and providing high-quality support to the HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruitment activities: posting job advertisements, managing applications, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing employment contracts.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary checklists and paperwork are completed.
  • Maintain up-to-date staff records, including compliance requirements (WWCC, Police Checks, registrations, training).
  • Provide administrative assistance to the HR Manager, including meeting preparation, note-taking, and acting as a confidential witness when required.
About You

  • Proven administrative experience, preferably in a PA or recruitment support capacity.
  • Excellent technology skills, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and programs.
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence in dealing with staff at all levels.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive matters.
  • A proactive and resourceful approach, with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
