As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our regional HR team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Single Central Records (SCR)
  • Process new colleague appointment documentation, including offer letters and contracts
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll and benefits processing
  • Maintain accurate HR trackers for each school and/or region
  • Oversee onboarding processes for new colleagues to the organization
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews
Requirements
  • Hold L2 qualifications – GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4) or equivalent
  • Prior experience in HR administration is essential
  • Proficiency with HR Management Systems
  • Demonstrate strong organisational and prioritisation skills
