Description

We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our regional team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing new colleague appointments, and ensuring timely payroll and benefits processing.

You will also play a key role in coordinating recruitment processes, managing onboarding for new colleagues, and maintaining an up-to-date Single Central Record.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of employee information and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process new colleague appointments, including offer letters and contracts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll and benefits processing.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews.
  • Manage onboarding of new colleagues.
Requirements
  • L2 qualifications in Maths and English or equivalent.
  • Experience of working in HR administration.
  • Knowledge of HR Management Systems.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • A commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of children and young people.
