Kenway & Clark is seeking a Part-Time Administration & Service Advisor to join our team in Tamworth, NSW. This role offers 3-4 hours per day, making it an ideal opportunity for a professional with solid administrative experience who enjoys working efficiently within established procedures.
About the role:
Reporting to our head office in Moree, you will be a key administrative support for the Tamworth branch. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. You will work closely with the Service and Parts Managers to ensure smooth administrative operations and accurate record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing administrative support across the branch as directed by Head Office
- Processing accounts payable and receivable promptly and accurately
- Answering and redirecting incoming phone calls and assisting customers with enquiries
- Collaborating with the Service Manager to complete administrative tasks for the Service department, including timely data entry of timecards and repair orders
- Working closely with the Parts Manager to complete administrative tasks for the Parts department, including daily reconciliation of cash receipts
About You:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented administrator who enjoys working in a structured and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- Significant experience in an administrative role, preferably in a customer-focused setting
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage priorities effectively while following established procedures
- Basic accounting knowledge and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A current driver's license
- Experience with Pentana-ERAnet (advantageous
