Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to support the day-to-day operations of our regional HR team. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues to provide a high-quality service that meets the needs of our schools.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files and payroll information.
  • Process new staff appointments, including offer letters and contracts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate benefits processing.
  • Manage onboarding procedures for new staff members.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews.
Qualifications
  • You must have Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths or equivalent.
  • Experience in HR administration is essential.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills are required.
  • A commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of children and young people is essential.
