Role Summary
As a People and Culture Associate, you will play a key role in promoting the organization as an Employer of Choice and managing end-to-end recruitment through attraction, recruitment, and onboarding of suitable talent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Support employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure fair, merit-based processes align with relevant laws and regulations.
- Regularly review advertising campaigns results and report on outcomes using metrics.
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or similar, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent time management.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with efficiency and professionalism.
- Team player mindset, proactive and flexible.
