Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Michael Page Australia. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for processing weekly domestic EFT payment runs, maintaining accurate records, and reconciling AP transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process weekly domestic EFT payment runs accurately and on a timely basis
  • Maintain accurate records and reconcile AP transactions
  • Perform monthly account reconciliations and assist with month-end close procedures
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accounts payable policies and procedures
  • Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to understand needs and identify opportunities to deliver services and information
  • Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports

Requirements

  • Experience managing end-to-end AP Process
  • Demonstrated proficiency in accounting software and tools
  • Extensive experience in a similar role within a finance team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
