Mushroom Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the Accounts Payable function, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices, and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Accounts Payable process, including coding, reconciliation, and payment of invoices
- Reconcile all bank accounts and ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices
- Assist with the preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and other month-end reconciliations
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Finance team as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a similar role with a high-volume Accounts Payable process
- Experience with MYOB / eftsure / Prospend
- Exposure to Accounts Receivable
- Experience with Office 365 (Teams/Outlook/SharePoint)
- Proactive and able to problem-solve
- Strong ability to manage time effectively across multiple tasks
- Communicate clearly and concisely in all types of environments
