We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Specialist. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Weekly payables reporting for each centre
- Monthly cashflow reporting and analysis, in relation to accounts payable
- Monthly tax payable and associated reports
You will also be responsible for accounts payable reconciliations, general bookkeeping tasks, maintenance of accounting systems, liaison with centre suppliers, and updating banking details. Additionally, you will assist with budget setting, liaise with external accountants, and develop process improvements.
