**Property Management Leadership Opportunity**

We are seeking a seasoned leadership professional to join our Real Estate Management Services team in a Director role. This position will provide the opportunity to work with one of Australia's largest property owners, managing a sole client portfolio and relationships in accordance with the management agreement.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership experience, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams. They will also have excellent client relationship management skills, as well as a thorough understanding of leasing practices, legislation, and commercial property management fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sole client portfolio and relationships in accordance with the management agreement.
  • Lead a team of property professionals across multiple jurisdictions to position and protect the investment performance of the portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain deep-seated client relationships across various disciplines.
  • Promote effective asset management, ensuring team members are proactive, engaged, and managing the client's portfolio responsibly, competently, and aligned with the client's corporate and asset strategies.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience in Commercial Property Management.
  • Relevant accreditation to provide real estate management advice.
  • Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments, and trends.
  • Market leading client relationship management experience.
  • Strong leadership experience with a track record in building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong financial acumen.
