Our organization is seeking experienced and highly motivated leaders to manage teams across our property services portfolio.

The roles may involve facilities management, accommodation or property projects teams. As a Property Services Manager, you'll lead and manage multiple teams to support the delivery of effective property services.

You will liaise with clients and business partners on issues that may be technical, complex, sensitive, and time critical. This requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.

As part of your role, you will provide recommendations and high-level advice to senior leadership and develop sustainable strategies to implement and manage work that delivers on organizational initiatives and outcomes.

The positions may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in various locations including Adelaide, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD, Sydney CBD, or other sites.

  • Experience in property services, facilities management or related field;
  • Proven leadership and team management skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple teams to deliver effective property services;
  • Liaise with clients and business partners on complex issues;
  • Provide recommendations and high-level advice to senior leadership;
  • Develop sustainable strategies to implement and manage work;
