  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve efficiency.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the property management team.
  • Collaborate with the broader business to identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent the organization and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements

Considerable experience in a senior property management position.

In-depth knowledge of the Real Estate & Property industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions.

Real Estate License in ACT and NSW.
