About this role

This is a senior property management position within our residential leasing and property management team.

As the leader of our property management professionals, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of our residential leasing and property management services.

You will play a strategic part in driving the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage a team of property management specialists to deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
  • Ensure all properties under management are maintained to a high standard and in compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve the overall efficiency of the property management function.
  • Provide leadership, coaching and development to the property management team to nurture their skills and support their career growth.
  • Collaborate with the broader business to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities in the residential leasing and property management market.
  • Represent the company and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, tenants and industry partners.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a senior property management role, preferably within the residential sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate and property management industry and associated legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make decisions.
  • Real estate license in ACT and NSW.
