Job Title:

Senior Facilities Officer

We are seeking a collaborative and self-motivated Senior Facilities Officer to support our facilities management team.

The role is responsible for managing facility services, ensuring that all property maintenance and facilities issues are rectified in line with contractual arrangements and requirements.

You will assist with maintaining the integrity and functionality of our property portfolio by arranging necessary works and repairs through our property service provider.

In this role, you will provide analysis on moderately complex issues and contribute to the change management of internal policies, processes, and project management activities relating to property management and facilities.

You will also supervise a small team to ensure high-quality outputs, including the development of team members at lower classifications, building team capability, and encouraging career development.

This includes training, professional development, and succession planning to build a resilient and adaptable team.
