Join a leading property team at the forefront of Australia's commercial real estate sector. This business is seeking a skilled and proactive Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio and contribute to the strategic growth of assets.

Your new role

As a Commercial Property Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio that may include retail, office, healthcare, and industrial assets. You'll work closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery, financial performance, and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage lease administration, rent reviews, and renewals
  • Oversee maintenance, compliance, and contractor coordination
  • Build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Ensure timely collection of rent and outgoings
  • Support strategic asset planning and portfolio growth

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in commercial property management
  • Strong understanding of property legislation and lease structures
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
  • Relevant qualifications in property or real estate (preferred)
  • Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
