HR Business Partner

We are seeking a commercially astute and outcomes-driven HR Business Partner to support our teams in driving strategic growth, enabling high-performing teams, and making a lasting impact.

  • Partner with therapy services and business support teams to drive strategic growth, enable high-performing teams, and make a lasting impact.
  • Support workforce planning, organisational design, leadership capability uplift, and embedding a high-performing and inclusive culture aligned with our values.
  • Deliver people-focused projects, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, engagement, systems improvement, and compliance.

Key qualifications include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the NDIS/disability/community sector.
  • Sound knowledge of Australian employment law, modern awards, and Fair Work.
  • Experience navigating workforce issues in regulated sectors, ideally with an understanding of allied health models.
  • High emotional intelligence, resilience, and strong alignment with our values, with a genuine passion for inclusive, purpose-led work.
