People Experience Transformation Specialist

This is a key standalone HR role reporting directly to the Managing Director. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, coach, and strategic partner to business leaders—delivering practical, solutions-focused support across the full employee lifecycle.

  • Partner with leaders to execute the organisation's people strategy and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Lead and implement HR initiatives across talent management, workforce planning, engagement, and succession planning.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and industrial relations.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention activities across the organisation.
  • Maintain and enhance HR policies, systems, and processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Coordinate remuneration reviews, job evaluations, and employee benefits programs.
  • Lead HR reporting and analytics, using data insights to inform business decisions.
  • Role model the organisation's values and contribute to a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with Work Health & Safety (WHS) standards.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years' generalist HR experience in corporate, industrial, or site-based environments.
  • Proven ability to coach leaders, manage ER/IR matters, and lead through change.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and navigating matrixed organisations.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment legislation, Fair Work, and HR best practices.
  • High level of professionalism, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset.
