People Development Specialists utilise business acumen to inform strategic decisions and drive organisational change.

You will play a critical role in enhancing the capabilities of senior and mid-level leaders. You are the key ambassador for our People Development team, coaching leaders on best practices and service offerings within the team.

No day will be the same and your key responsibilities will involve:

  • Collaborating with functional and property leaders to deliver a unified people agenda that supports business objectives.
  • Partnering closely with leaders and our People Development teams to ensure that the people agenda is prioritised and solutions meet unique departmental needs.
  • Prioritising and partnering in building financially sound recommendations across all aspects of people development addressing both immediate and long-term needs.
  • Identifying leadership needs and gathering insights to inform the design and roll out of initiatives.
  • Developing and empowering leaders to perform effectively, with a focus on educating them particularly on our operating model.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Proven experience as a Human Resource Business Partner.
  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology or Organisational Development.
  • Strong relationship, coaching, influencing and communication skills.
