Job Opportunity

You will collaborate with the Head of HR – ANZ, Senior Business Partner, and client groups to develop people initiatives aligned with business strategy.

  • Build relationships with leaders through regular open conversations supporting business outcomes.

We provide support across the entire employee lifecycle including talent attraction development engagement performance learning and compensation.

Support and promote strategic initiatives through proactive engagement.

Maintain industry knowledge by engaging regularly with the organization.

Use data insights to identify trends improve processes and provide key takeaways for your stakeholders.

  • Build leadership capability through coaching mentoring and training programs.

This role requires at least 4 years experience in a HR Advisor/Consultant position or 1-3 years as a Business Partner preferably in finance or technology sectors.

Strong influencing coaching and communication skills are essential. Knowledge of employment law is highly desirable.

Experience across the full spectrum of HR focusing on employee experience and performance management is required.
