Key Responsibilities:
  • Crew Management: Schedule internal and external team members for various projects and events, maintain a database of their skills and availability, and manage work reports and timesheets.
  • Logistics and Equipment Coordination: Collaborate with clients and warehouse staff to allocate, prepare, and transport AV equipment, manage vehicle bookings and routing, and handle event logistics across multiple locations.
  • Communication, Administration, and Reporting: Work closely with account managers to provide client services and coordinate event logistics, foster strong relationships with clients, identify and resolve logistical or scheduling issues, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
