Coordinating Events and Projects

As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for coordinating technical crew and managing logistical equipment for events.

Crew Management:
  • Plan and book internal and freelance crew for all projects and events.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of crew availability, skills, and certifications.
  • Manage crew timesheets and work reports for payroll and billing purposes.
Logistics and Equipment Coordination:
  • Collaborate with clients and warehouse staff on AV equipment allocation, preparation, and transport.
  • Coordinate freight with the warehouse to ensure gear is prepped and loaded on time.
Communication, Administration, and Reporting:
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports as required.
