About You :
- A minimum Cert II in Business Administration or equivalent degree is required; however, applicants with relevant work experience may also be considered;
- The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities;
Job Summary :
This role involves providing administrative support to our accounting team, ensuring seamless operations and efficient workflow. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing correspondence, documents, and records
- Scheduling appointments and arranging travel arrangements for partners
- Providing exceptional executive support to our partners
- Collaborating with the administrative team to maintain a well-organized office environment
Key Requirements :
- Minimum three years of experience in an administrative role;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
- Familiarity with Xero Practice Manager is an advantage;
