This role offers flexibility and variety within a friendly and supportive team environment. As an Accounts and Administration professional, you will support the General Manager with PA responsibilities and handle accounts and general office administration duties.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing accounts and financial transactions using MYOB
  • Providing PA assistance to the General Manager
  • Assisting the estimator and Project Manager
  • Answering phones and responding to emails
  • Setting up contractors for building works
  • Contract administration for projects
  • Managing Home Warranty Insurance processes
  • Documenting works in line with required legislation

To be successful in this role, you should have experience working in a similar role within the construction or building industry. Additionally, you should have knowledge of the MYOB accounting system, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable company in the Brookvale area. The salary for this role is $80,000 per annum, plus superannuation. Other benefits include 100% office-based work, parking on site, and a friendly and supportive team environment.
