Accounts Assistant Role

Our client, a reputable talent agency, is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team. As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit card reconciliation, bank reconciliations, report generation, and payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile credit card statements and bank accounts
  • Generate reports and perform data analysis
  • Assist with payroll administration

Requirements:

  • Full-function AP & AR experience
  • MYOB experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia
