About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and organized individual to join our team as an Account Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our account management teams, ensuring seamless execution of earned, owned, and paid media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete client service admin functions, including media kit preparation, collecting media coverage, and maintaining reporting documents
  • Participate in internal client team brainstorming sessions and contribute to campaign development
  • Expand writing skills through opportunities such as media pitches and client correspondence
Business Development
  • Provide administrative support for new business pitches and help develop proposals
People Development
  • Implement and own a personal development plan to advance to Account Executive
  • Contribute to performance appraisal processes by providing constructive feedback
Financial Planning and Management
  • Accurately record client hours and associated activities in timesheets
  • Ensure timely submission of timesheets and approval of client disbursements
