This role will enable you to contribute your skills and experience towards fostering a more inclusive environment at La Trobe University.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to enhance Indigenous participation in university life, as well as building relationships with local communities to promote mutual understanding and respect.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about working with diverse groups and contributing to the development of policies that support Indigenous empowerment.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Indigenous Australian cultures and experiences, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
A salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in supporting our strategic goals and commitments to reconciliation.
