Job Opportunity: High-Performance Service Advisor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring that all vehicles are serviced to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar high-paced role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work effectively within a team environment and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
  • Manage and exceed guest expectations while their vehicle is in our care
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to achieve business objectives
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar high-paced role
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Current driving license
  • Exposure to the Microsoft suite of programs
