High-Performance Service Professional

The role of a Service Advisor is pivotal in ensuring seamless customer experiences. As a performance-driven professional, you will be responsible for managing and exceeding guest expectations while their vehicle is in our care.
You will work closely with the Service Manager to deliver exceptional service to all valued guests. The successful applicant will possess:
- Proven experience in maintaining agility in a similar high-paced role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to maintain inclusiveness and good relationships with guests
- Experience using Tune
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work effectively and with integrity within a team environment
- Maintaining professionalism through excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Current driving license
- Exposure to the Microsoft suite of programs
