The role of the Payroll Specialist involves providing expert advice on complex payroll matters, leading a team of payroll advisors and prioritizing escalated enquiries. The successful candidate will possess experience in high-volume payroll environments and demonstrate strong knowledge and understanding of payroll legislation, procedures and practices.

Key Responsibilities- Lead, motivate, support and develop a team of payroll advisors
- Provide expert advice on complex payroll matters
- Effectively prioritize and manage all escalated enquiries within established Service Level Agreements
- Leading or working in a dynamic, high-performing, high-volume payroll environment
- Payroll software experience
- Strong knowledge and understanding of payroll legislation, procedures and practices
