**What You'll Do**:

- Greet and liaise with customers, ensuring a premium service experience from booking to vehicle handover
- Accurately document customer concerns and coordinate with technicians to diagnose and resolve issues
- Manage repair order progress, provide timely updates, and communicate quotes and timelines
- Promote service offerings and ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction
- Deliver on key KPIs including customer satisfaction, upselling, and departmental targets

**What You'll Bring**:

- Previous experience in a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing automotive role
- A passion for the automotive industry and delivering first-class service
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A current driver's licence
