About the Role

The Office Manager/Executive Assistant will provide key support to the Senior Leadership team and oversee office operations in Melbourne. This role ensures daily office efficiency and seamless executive support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for all guests and visitors, facilitating meetings both at the office and interstate.
  • Provide executive calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination.
  • Coordinate with vendors to maintain office safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
  • Arrange office amenities such as catering and supplies, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Oversee IT support and the functionality of office technology.
  • Manage office security systems, access control, and badge distribution.
  • Arrange hot desking and space allocation for the local team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior-level executives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
  • Strong organisational and communication abilities.
  • Experience with board meetings and board communications.
  • Interest or experience in the renewable energy sector.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work outside regular business hours.
