Rehabilitation Counsellor Job Description

As a Rehabilitation Counsellor, you will play a vital role in helping individuals return to work and life after physical or psychological injury.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial assessments with clients to identify barriers to employment and develop strategies for overcoming them.
  • Perform vocational assessments to determine the most suitable career paths for clients based on their skills and abilities.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients as they transition back into the workforce.

Requirements:
