We specialise in workplace health, injury management and safety, delivering top-class services across personal injury and occupational health.

Our focus is on recovery and function to get clients back to work and life, whatever their age, stage or situation.

Our rehabilitation approach is holistic, working within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing.

Assessments are performed depending on clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments.

Collaboration is key, working with stakeholders such as employees who have suffered injury, illness or trauma, medical specialists, other treatment providers and allied health professionals.

Rehabilitation plans are developed, implemented and monitored tailored to each individual's needs.

To be successful, you will need:

  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with relevant industry bodies (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC/RCAA or AASW)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy or Social Work
  • Australian Citizenship
  • Strong clinical reasoning
  • Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals
  • PASSION to help people rehabilitate
