Occupational Therapy Team Manager

About the Role:

This is a collaborative leadership position with another experienced Occupational Therapist. A strong approach and clear communication are essential for providing consistent direction and guidance to the team. The role involves clinical assessment and intervention across various areas, including inpatient and outpatient services.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have advanced communication skills, a passion for delivering quality occupational therapy, and experience guiding complex situations. They will also be able to prioritize tasks effectively and communicate clearly with the multidisciplinary team.

Requirements:

Eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Occupational Therapists and tertiary qualification or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.

A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for work purposes are also required.
