Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to support individuals living with illness, disability, or injury in achieving their goals and maximizing their potential.

Your Role:

  • Case management of clients with diverse needs and conditions
  • Development and implementation of return-to-work strategies and programs
  • Collaboration with employers, employees, medical professionals, and allied health specialists to promote successful outcomes
  • Conducting assessments and creating treatment plans to address psychosocial barriers to employment
  • Supporting injured workers in achieving return-to-health and return-to-work goals

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, or Social Work
  • General or Provisional registration with AHPRA or eligibility for Associate or Full membership with ASORC
  • Fabulous communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Compassion, kindness, empathy, and strong time management skills
